The company was founded by a team of entrepreneurs and is privately held.
Dylan Schleppe, Co-founder and CEO

Dylan Schleppe is the Chief Executive Officer at recruit2mobile and is responsible for overall business strategy execution. Schleppe brings over a decade of sales and technical management in Software-as-a-Service (Saas) business models, serving Talent Management and mobile marketing industries.
Prior to recruit2mobile, Schleppe founded and served as President of DriveBuy Technologies, where he led the organization to a leadership position in Real Estate Mobile Marketing in the U.S. with customers throughout the country from all major brokerages include RE/MAX, Keller-Williams, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Prudential.
Schleppe has also held senior product development and management positions at several high-tech companies including Hire.com, Ernst & Young, collegestudent.com and U.S. Web. He has developed highly scalable recruiting and talent management applications which have been implemented and utilized by a multitude Fortune 500 clients including AT&T, Fedex and Fidelity. Schleppe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mike Galyen, Co-founder and Vice President of Marketing
Mike Galyen cofounded recruit2mobile with over 15 years of experience in software, recruiting and talent management. He’s worked with some of the largest employers in the world to help build competitive workforces including Allianz, Adobe, BP, California Pizza Kitchen, Disney, Electronic Arts, Kaiser-Permanente, Microsoft, Plantronics and Thomson/Reuters. He’s held various senior management roles throughout his tenure in the industry with Authoria, Hire.com, Bernard Hodes Group (an Omnicom agency) and DS&E (now TMP Worldwide).
Prior to recruit2mobile, Mike was responsible for the award-winning Authoria Talent Management product designed to enable employers to manage their talent “from hire to retire.” Galyen also helped Hire.com forge a new way of recruiting with an innovative product line that enabled companies to build online talent communities, create referral networks, source candidates from the Internet and manage the recruiting process. He’s led product at various startups including B2B, B2C and mobile marketing. He continues to pioneer the use of recruiting technologies, something he’s been passionate about since the launch of CareerMosaic (the first public job board) in 1994 while at the Bernard Hodes Group. Galyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from W.P. Carey School of Business (ASU).
